All that you need to know about Codex 2.O

-> The Coding Contest consist of only one round of time 3 hours which consists of 6-8 coding problems with various levels.
-> Date: 24-08-2024, 24th August 2024.
-> Time: Contest exactly starts at 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
-> Candidates are requested to present before 8.45 am at the event day with college Id cards, So to validate yourself and to check any issues with their assigned system.

Steps to register for Codex 2.0

Visit the Coders Club GPREC Website

Open your web browser and go to codersclubgprec.in

Sign up for an Account

If you don't have an account, you need to sign up.

Login to your Account

After successfully signing up, It will redirect you to Login page. Login to your account with your login credentials.

Navigate to the Events Page

Once logged in, look for the Events or Upcoming Events section in the website’s navbar. Click on the Register button of the Codex 2.0 event in Upcoming Events.

Fill Out the Registration Form

Fill out the registration form with your details, proceed to payment, and complete the transaction. Enter the UTR ID and upload the payment screenshot as required.

Receive Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your registration for Codex 2.0 is successful. Now You have Succesfully registered for Codex 2.0 event. Let's start your preparation and win exciting prizes.

Guidelines and Instructions:

* The candidate should signup first in codersclubgprec website.
* All team members should have unique team name.
* All team members should have an account in codersclubgprec.in
* Your accounts are safe in our portal.
* The candidates should use the registered username of codersclubgprec.in for Codex 2.O event registration.
* If the participants face any discrepancy in issues related to this event, they can contact the student coordinators/faculty coordinators and sort out the problem.
* The answers evaluation is automatically done in the back end.
* Coding Round has a Timestamp.

Rules and Regulations :

1. The final decision will always be the decision of the Panel and it has to be strictly followed.
2. No one should involve in any form of verbal arguments as the organizing committee decision is final and he/she will be expelled from the event and disciplinary actions will be taken.
3. No extra time will be given for the question unless there is any technical glitch.
4. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep the environment clean and to arrange their seating properly.
5. Throw the trash in the nearby trash bins provided.
6. The participants are not allowed to carry any form of electronic gadgets (smart bands, mobile phones, Bluetooth headphones, etc.) into the coding contest.
7. The participants should not help the other members during the contest event.
